Will and his team are awesome. Honest and able to solve my plumbing problems. And his office assistant was great too. When trying to schedule a time, she said, "give me a time, and I will make it work!" Highly recommend!!

Honestly, I didn't even check their impeccable reviews before calling because it was an emergency, so I called at least 5 other places, but I can see why they are a solid 5 stars all the way through!!! From the very first contact with the receptionist to the follow up calls and text messages with updates, to the prompt reschedule to fit us in earlier than our appointment time, impressive is an understatement. Will arrived at the appointment time and immediately set the senior owner at ease with his professionalism and compassionate personality. You would never know that these guys are plumbers. They can easily Excel in any industry with their empathy that is seldom seen when you're dealing with pipes. He needed no direction in his quick search to discover the problem, and it was immediately taken care of without trying to swindle or upsell us on anything else. He assured us that the estimate was free, but if we needed further assistance, to call pro plumbing again, which of course, we definitely will. I have been running my business out of this building for a while, and the owner cannot speak english, so it was so nice to find somebody who didn't automatically give him an attitude, because I already had that taken care of LOL. This company not only impressed us, but the owner's brother owns a dozen properties throughout baton rouge, all in the same dire need of plumbing repairs, so we will most definitely be referring this company, and no one else. Not at all what you would expect, and everything that a true professional should practice. Will was so kind, funny and cute ladies haha, but above all he was a compassionate professional who will not try to swindle you out of your money if repairs are not needed. Highly recommend, and all the other five star reviews that I just read are spot on.

Will and Pro Plumbing provide great and fast service! I live in North Louisiana, but have homes in Baton Rouge. It is a peace of mind knowing I have someone with high integrity to call when I need a plumber. Thanks for the great service in a time of need!!

I called and spoke to Will about my mothers house having a busted hose that was flowing water. Will got to her house within the hour and was able to fix it quickly and with little problem. He was friendly and courteous with us both the whole time. Would def recommend him to anyone I know.

5-star really is underrated for them! lol!! Will was amazing! He answered all my questions with no hesitation and I had a lot of them and it wasn’t a bother! He was very very knowledgeable and even gave me a few pointers for future references and I was sooooooo pleased how quick he found a solution for my problem on the outside of my house! I have a plumbing business for all my needs now! I’ll definitely refer to everyone if ask!!

I noticed a puddle of water coming from under my kitchen sink. Made four calls and finally was able to schedule a plumber to come the next day. The two plumbers came assessed the issue, gave us a quote and fixed the problem. I'm so grateful for the excellent service and repair. Took no time at all for them to tackle the problem. 100% will recommend Pro plumbing. Thank you

Pro Plumbing completed an inspection of our gas-using appliances and other plumbing systems. The representative was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He helped us to feel confident that we have no leaks and gave recommendations on what to be careful of with gas-using items. He brought a sense of community to this professional visit that would give me confidence in seeking his services again in the future. I highly recommend this company.
